Form the letter O with your mouth and use your tongue to trace around your lips. Your main goal here is to maintain a smooth brow and a relaxed lower jaw. Do 10 circles clockwise, and then counterclockwise. This move can firm your cheeks, tone your throat and neck, and ease tension in your jaw.
